President -
Gerri Lyons
Gerri S. Lyons is a medical sales representative with Alcon
Laboratories, Inc. She is a 2007 President’s Club winner, currently
ranked number 15 out of over 240 sales representatives within her
division; and is a top performer within her district. Gerri has a strong
history of sales experience in a variety of areas including
pharmaceutical, healthcare, employment services as well as property and
casualty insurance combined. She holds a Masters of Business
Administration with a concentration in Corporate Communication from
Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelors of Science in
Communication from Pace University. She has been awarded Sales Manager
of the quarter on several occasions at her previous company and has been
recognized with an award for her efforts in going “Above and Beyond.”

Vice President of
Finance - Reginald Davis
Reginald Davis is
co-founder of Productive Business Solutions, Inc. As an authorized Xerox
Sales Agency – Dealership, his Company works with various clients to
upgrade their business with information technology that will allow them
to become more efficient in their operation. Prior to becoming an
entrepreneur, Reginald held several positions with the Xerox
Corporation, from marketing representative to major account manager. He
was also responsible for supporting and training five sales districts in
NY City, Long Island, and Tarrytown. During his tenure with Xerox he was
awarded the President’s Club recognition three times for his outstanding
sales performance. Reginald is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a
degree in human ecology. He currently sits on several Boards in his
community of East Orange New Jersey.

Events - Angel Crawford
Angel L. Crawford is a
Project Manager with Morgan Stanley. In addition, she has her own
entertainment business-OneSource Resource, Inc. She has years of sales
and managerial experience. Ms. Crawford is known as a humanitarian and
philanthropist for several worthy causes and sits on several committees.
She graduated with a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in
Computer Information Systems.

Treasurer - Richard O'Neal
Richard O’Neal is a Senior
Territory Business Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb working in the field
of oncology. He has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience
ranging from consumer electronics, insurance sales, and financial
products, with the last 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He has
won many leadership, district and regional awards and trips and 4 Best
Performer (top in the country) award trips. He is a member of several
national business associations and Omega Psi Phi fraternity.

- Katia Barnave Katia Barnave has an MBA and a Bachelors Degree in Health
Administration. She has worked in a service sales/clinical capacity as a
Registered Dental Hygienist. Currently, Katia works at GlaxoSmithKline
in the
Consumer Health Division. Katia's aspirations are to fine tune her
skills so she can progress in the Biological Division and contribute to
society.

Communications Chairman - Carl Wright
Carl Wright is a Neuroscience Specialist
with the Metabolic Division of Johnson & Johnson and has over 23 years
of sales experience. He is a recipient of eight “Top Honor” awards, five
“Top Producer” awards, and has been awarded the “President’s Trophy” on
three occasions. He holds a B.A. Degree in Communication/Broadcast
Journalism and an M.S. in Health Management.

Jason joined Merrill Lynch
in 2006. Prior to his experience at Merrill Lynch, Jason has
twenty-two years of professional sales experience in various industries,
including consumer goods, air courier services, publishing,
pharmaceuticals and financial services. During Jason’s prior
career, Jason served as an Assistant Vice President in the business
banking division of a major financial institution. Jason is currently
Series 7, 66 and life & health insurance licensed. He is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration. Jason was the recipient of
The Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty Achievement Award in
2000. He is a member of the N.A.A.C.P.-Bergen County Chapter, the
National Sales Network and the Order of the Feather Fraternity, a rites
of passage program, mentoring youths through leadership skills training.

Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Branch Manager, General

Natasha Henry
In 1999
Natasha graduated from Rutgers University with a dual major in English
and French Studies. In 2001, Natasha graduated from Purdue University
with a Masters in Human Resources. Natasha spent three years with
Ingersoll Rand Corporation in their Leadership Development Program,
initially at Torrington Company in Torrington, CT, then Hussmann
Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia, and Finally, as HR Manager for Hussmann
Corporation in Montgomery, Alabama. In 2004, she left Ingersoll Rand and
she started her own business, Henry Executive Recruting Inc; A Company
that recruits diversity professionals. Natasha also co-founded the Black
America Business Association with Michael Odi in 2006, and is currently
its Chairman of the Board Favorite quote: Psalm 91:1 "He who
dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the
Almighty."

- Adrian Hawkins
Adrian Hawkins
began his twenty year career at Novartis as a student intern, and was
recognized for his ongoing leadership in driving Diversity and Inclusion
initiatives at NPC and in the community. Hawkins was also participates
in the Black MBA Recruiting Program within NPC, and with several
community activities that help make a difference in the lives of others:
the New Jersey Minority Achievers program; the Three Doctors Foundation;
the Community FoodBank of New Jersey; and several board appointments. He
also Co-Chair’s/Chair’s a few NPC Employee Resource Groups and a
National Field Diversity Council. Adrian Hawkins has the execution
expertise and passion to be involved within the greater community and
strives to “make a difference”. He is originally a native of Newark, NJ,
currently resides in Hillside, NJ. and holds a B.S. degree in
Information Technology from Kean University.

Ron Coursey
Ron Coursey
joined the NJ/NY Metro Chapter of NSN in 2006. Ron is a Senior Business
Director for the Northeast Region, Primary Care Sales E Team with Merck
& Company, Inc. He has worked at Merck for 11 years and has served in
the following positions prior to his current assignment: Professional
Sales Representative, Region Sales Analyst, Business Manager, and Senior
Manager of Sales Planning. Prior to joining Merck, Ron was an officer of
the United States Army. He served for a combined 7 years of active and
reserve duty in various positions of increased responsibility: Scout
Platoon Leader, Finance Disbursing office, Headquarters Detachment
Commander, and Battalion Personnel Officer. Ron is a graduate of Florida
A&M University and holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration

Joseph Vinson
Joe Vinson is a
17 year sales professional whose work experience includes positions at
Rorer, Ciba-Geigy and presently at Janssen Pharmaceutica. Working in the
CNS division of Janssen for the past 10 years, Joe has participated on 4
President Trophy winning teams and received numerous district and
regional awards. His current responsibilities as chairman of the NJ/NY
Metro chapter is to drive the long-term vision of the organization by
recommending and implementing ideas and programs that ensures the
execution and integrity of the NSN mission.
